Interjection Disgust

Interjections  are the short words which are used to express some sudden feelings or emotions. They are spoken when a person is very surprised, happy or upset. Interjections  are not grammatically related to the other words in a sentence. They are generally a part of the sentence and not a whole sentences.

For example:

  • Ugh (disgust)
  • Wow (amazement)
  • Phew (relief)
  • Huh (surprise)
  • Ugh : This interjection is used to express disgust, annoyance.

     For Example:

  • Ugh! You can never be on time.
  • Ugh! What an untidy room.
  • Ugh!I can’t believe that teacher asked me to get out of the class.
